Why do you only accept PayPal payments?

Paypal is the most popular of all payment processors for our customers and is able to create a very secure environment for buyers and sellers. Also their ability to accept all major credit card transactions enables us to pass on further savings to our customers.

Can I pay using E-Cheque?

You can pay using the Paypal E-Cheque facility, however please be aware that our automated software will NOT send you your download information until after your E-Cheque payment has fully cleared. This can take up to 10 working days.

If you decide to use this form of payment, please be prepared to wait until after the funds have cleared for your download information.

We will not under any circumstances release items until Paypal have notified us that the payment has completed and the funds have arrived in our acount.

How long will it take before I can download?

Once you complete your payment using Paypal it is usual for customers to receive their download information within 5 minutes.

If necessary it takes only 2 minutes to create a new account at our website and you can then log straight in to download your new items.

What is your refund policy?

Within 5 days of receipt of your download email, you may request a refund for any NOT downloaded items for any reason.

Please note that we cannot provide any refund for any downloaded items. If our records show that the item has been downloaded then we CANNOT offer any refunds.

We believe we give enough information about our items, so our customers can decide if a certain item is right or not.

Our cart software records all downloaded items, IP Addresses, Dates and Times for our own records only.

How do I purchase items from GamingBaboons.com?

Each user has its unique Shopping Cart. You add the items you wish to purchase by clicking on the Add To Cart button on each item. At any time you can modify the contents of your cart.

Once you have decided to purchase your selected items then you must click on the Check Out button at the bottom right of your cart. This will direct you to PayPal so you can make your payment.

After the payment is done you will recieve a message from us at the email address you used on PayPal. In this message you will find the registration code for each one of your purchased items.

You then will need to login to your GamingBaboons.com account or if you dont have one already create a new one. There you will be able to download your items using their registration codes.

How do I download my purchased items?

To download your new purchased item you must visit http://www.gamingbaboons.com/store/_account and create a new account.

If you aleady have an account with us you may log straight in to download your new item.

* Please note that all customers can download their items up to 3 times. If in the future you experience a computer/backup failure and you loose your item, you can simply login to your account and re-download it, there is no time limit on downloading your items.

Why do I need to create an account to download my items?

Due to repeated hacking attempts to our download system we have been forced to change the way our customers download their software.

All customers are now required to create an account. Registration takes less than 1 minute and your account is instantly activated.

Once your account is setup you can activate your download using the unique code sent to your email after purchase.

Each item may be downloaded up to 3 times before the link expires. If you ever loose your software for any reason you will be able to visit your new account and download the item again.

I do not have my item's registration code?

If you have not received your item's registration code within 15 minutes of purchase, you should check your PAYPAL email address.

Also please check your Spam folder in case your email client has accidently diverted your download information by mistake.

If you are sure you have not received your download information then please contact us and we will gladly help you.

How many times can I download my items?

For security reasons our automated software enables all customers to download their items up to 3 times.

After the third time downloading, the link will no longer work. If you are experiencing download problems and for this reason you need further attempts to download, please contact us with your purchase details and we will try and help you as much as possible.

All IP addresses are recorded for security purposes.
